Job summary
HealthFlex is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide compassionate care in patients’ homes across California. You will assess conditions, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate with healthcare professionals while documenting care and supporting families.
Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted CA RN license, have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience, and maintain current AHA CPR certification. A valid driver's license is required for travel.
Qualifications
