Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Administrator to oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and quality care at our Sunrise, FL branch. This leadership role requires strategic thinking and strong management skills to drive performance and patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, possess a valid driver's license, and have experience in home health or hospice settings. Travel up to 25% and familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) are preferred.

Competenze

• RN license active and in good standing.
• No recent administrator employment with another operation during enforcement actions.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home health regulations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% by vehicle.
• Valid clinical license per state rules or compact license, CPR certified.
• Preferred: 1+ year management experience.
• Preferred: home health or hospice experience.
• Preferred: experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Overview

At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. We’re seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our dedicated team as an Administrator. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home health branch in Sunrise, FL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
• Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Required to not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.
• Required to have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
• Required to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence
• Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
• Required ability to travel by person vehicle up to 25% of the time.
• Required to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for a compact nurse license.
• Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.
• Preferred to have minimum of one year of previous experience in a management position.
• Preferred previous experience in a home health care or hospice program.
• Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to facilitate clear communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
• Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disaster or pandemic.
