Choice Health at Home in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Home Health RN Administrator for a full-time role. You will lead daily agency operations, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and ensure patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires a current RN license, at least three years of home health management, and extensive OASIS experience. State training for agency administrators is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily agency operations and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Support the delivery of timely, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ensure a Clinical Manager is available during operating hours and that the Administrator or Alternate Administrator is available as required.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including oversight of any alternate delivery sites.
• Oversee staffing, staff education, performance evaluations, and personnel qualifications.
• Ensure patient records and required reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Implement agency policies and procedures and respond to regulatory findings and recommendations.
• Manage budgets and resources while supporting safe, effective patient care.
• Communicate with the Governing Body, interdisciplinary team, agency staff, and community partners.
• Review patient satisfaction feedback and lead improvements in service delivery.

Lead a home health agency where your experience can shape patient care, support clinical teams, and strengthen daily operations. We are seeking an RN with at least three years of home health management experience and extensive OASIS expertise.
