Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Missouri is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes, ensuring safety and comfort when families need care most.

You'll work 7 on, 7 off with an every-other-week full week off, handle after-hours assessments, and collaborate with an experienced clinical team to deliver one-on-one patient care with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license in good standing is required.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organization needed.
• Dependable and responsive in home health settings.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
