Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, MO is seeking an On-Call RN to deliver skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes, helping families when it matters most.

This full-time role features a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 5:00 PM–8:00 AM weekdays and 24-hour weekends, offering autonomy with support from an experienced clinical team.

Missouri RN license in good standing, strong assessment and clinical decision-making, and excellent communication are essential.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM


• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage


• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
