Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, MO, is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes. You’ll support families and help patients stay safe and comfortable when care is needed most.

This role features a 7 on, 7 off schedule with a full week off every other week, autonomy with clinical team backing, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a locally owned organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes.
• Make home visits when needed to support patients and families.
• Support families during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use clinical judgment to help patients stay safely at home and receive needed care.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
