Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care after hours in patients' homes across Ozark, MO. You will support families during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays with clinical judgment and compassion.

This 7-on, 7-off schedule offers a salary position with a built-in week off every other week, providing autonomy while backed by an experienced clinical team in a locally owned organization that puts patients first.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Dependable and responsive.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
