Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, MO is seeking an On-Call RN for a 7 on/7 off schedule. You’ll provide skilled nursing care after hours in patients’ homes, helping families during moments that matter.

As the calm voice on the phone and the clinician who visits when needed, you’ll ensure patients stay safely at home with compassionate, independent nursing supported by an experienced clinical team.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Dependable and responsive.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required.

At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
