Residential Home Health and Hospice in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Elmhurst and nearby areas.

The role offers a total bonus potential of $15,000 ($10,000 first-year success bonus and $5,000 sign-on bonus) paid within the first 18 months, with additional bonuses tied to ongoing performance and growth opportunities.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work

• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
