Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Elgin, IL. Eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus based on achieving key goals.

You will travel to patient homes within the assigned territory and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care. We offer strong growth, a dedicated education team, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
