Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health in Westminster, MD. You will provide patient-centered care in a 1:1 home setting, delivering skilled nursing services and contributing to care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment and 1:1 patient care. Valid MD RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifikationen

• RN license with current unrestricted registration in MD
• At least 1 year of nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• New grads may be considered in select markets
• Current CPR certification

Aufgaben

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
