Zusammenfassung

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse for the Nags Head, NC area. You will provide 1:1 patient care in the home, developing care plans and delivering medications and treatments with partner clinicians.

The RN will educate families, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and support on-call rotations. Prior home health or geriatrics experience and valid NC RN license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence.
• At least 1 year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
