Adoration Health in Plymouth, NC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide 1:1 patient care in the home setting, delivering medications, treatments, and education to patients and families.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and wellness program access.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice and residence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in patient care; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the branch.
