BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Home Health RN in Mebane, NC. The RN will provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment and maintain documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Current unrestricted registration and license in North Carolina.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
