Job summary

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to conduct in-home 60–90 day assessments across the Metro Atlanta area as 1099 contractors.

You will assess health status, needs, and care plans, and communicate findings to the care team, providing skilled nursing care as needed, including IV therapy and wound care. Ideal candidates hold a Georgia RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessments.

Home Health RN (PRN/1099) – Metro Atlanta

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60–90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessments

• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans

• Communicate assessment findings to the care team

• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:

• Medication management

• Wound care

• Catheter and tube feeding care

• Diabetes management/insulin administration

• Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care

• IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred

• Strong assessment and clinical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes

• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
