Job summary

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. in Peachtree Corners, Georgia is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist.

As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct comprehensive 60-90 day client assessments across the Metro Atlanta area. You will evaluate health status and care needs, communicate findings to the care team, and provide skilled nursing care as needed, including wound care, medications, and diabetes management, while working independently in clients'

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc., a provider of Home Care in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct comprehensive 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments
• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans
• Communicate assessment findings to the care team
• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:
  • Medication management
  • Wound care
  • Catheter and tube feeding care
  • Diabetes management/insulin administration
  • Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care
  • IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
