Job summary

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team as in-home assessment specialists in the Metro Atlanta area. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct 60–90 day client assessments in clients' homes throughout Metro Atlanta, GA.

The role requires an active Georgia RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Travel across Metro Atlanta is required, with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessments
• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans
• Communicate assessment findings to the care team
• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including medication management, wound care, catheter and tube feeding care
• Diabetes management/insulin administration
• Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care
• IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

RN – In-Home Assessment Nurse (PRN/1099) – Metro Atlanta

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60–90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessments

• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans

• Communicate assessment findings to the care team

• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:

• Medication management

• Wound care

• Catheter and tube feeding care

• Diabetes management/insulin administration

• Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care

• IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred

• Strong assessment and clinical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes

• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
