Job summary

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments across the Metro Atlanta area as a 1099 contractor. The role focuses on 60-90 day client evaluations, with nursing care support as needed in patients' homes.

Candidates must hold an active Georgia RN license and have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care, with strong assessment abilities and reliable transportation for travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, home care preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 day in-home client assessments
• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans
• Communicate assessment findings to the care team
• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including: medication management, wound care, catheter and tube feeding, diabetes management/insulin administration, ostomy care, IV therapy
