Inspired Home Care is expanding and hiring PRN and Part Time Home Care RNs to manage their own caseload in patients' homes across the Illinois area.

The role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one patient care, with responsibilities including performing Oasis assessments, wound care, vital signs, meds review, and collaborating with a broader care team. Travel between patients is required, and strong time management is essential.

Qualifications

• State RN license required.
• 1 year of experience in in-home care.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home health care strategies.
• Coordinate with therapists, physicians and others involved in the care plan.
• Make recommendations for devices or tools to improve quality of life.
• Listen to patient concerns and respond to requests.

Home Care RN

Inspired Home Care is rapidly expanding and we are hiring PRN and Part Time effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require Intermittent Skilled Care in their home. We hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, so time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting,

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart your observations
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess the progress of healing
• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physicians and anyone else involved in the patient's care plan
• Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests

Qualifications:

• State RN license required
• 1 year of experience in in-home care

• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
