As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will deliver skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, coordinate care with families, and support recovery in a familiar environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and tools to help you balance work and life while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health and OASIS preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand as required.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance or reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
