Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team. You will provide skilled visits in patients’ homes, ensuring quality care and independent clinical decision-making in a flexible schedule environment.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred, home health/OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home skilled nursing visits to patients.
• Manage patient care plans and coordinate with caregivers.
• Complete required documentation and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
