Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to bring healthcare home in Michigan. Join a team that emphasizes flexible scheduling, autonomy, and personalized, one-on-one patient care in patients' homes.

You will perform skilled visits, address full patient needs, and work with innovative technology, with ongoing training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
