Be Healthy at Home in Austin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team, supporting patients in South Austin and surrounding areas. This full-time or PRN field position focuses on direct patient care, case management, and coordinating with LVNs and HHAs to deliver high-quality services on the road.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least two years of home health experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience.
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize OASIS for patient admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges according to physician orders.
• Effectively manage cases and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Per Visit Pay Rates:

• SOC $125 per visit
• ROC $85 per visit
• Discharge $60 per visit
• Regular Visit $50 per visit
• Training/Case Conference/Inservice pay rate $25 per hour
