Be Healthy at Home, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding home health team for field-based roles across Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Timberwood Park, Bulverde and surrounding areas. Both full-time and PRN opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include using OASIS for admissions/transfers, coordinating with LVNs and HHAs, and ensuring compliance with agency policies. Benefits include salary, mileage reimbursement, dental/vision, PTO, and on-call bonus

Qualificações

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Home health nursing experience: 2 years (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).

• Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.

• SOC $125 per visit
• ROC $85 per visit
• Discharge $60 per visit
• Regular Visit $50 per visit
• Training/Case Conference/Inservice pay rate $25 per hour
