Job summary

Boundless Home Health seeks a compassionate PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. You will assess health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families to manage conditions and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in good standing (TX).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health preferred.
• BLS certification required or active.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders.
