Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice (Maryland) is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Must hold Maryland RN license.
• Home Care Experience Required.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
