Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Renton, WA. The RN will provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care according to physician orders, primarily in patients' homes or residential settings, with occasional visits outside the home.

You must be licensed as an RN in WA. Travel-friendly role offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits; nurses with home health experience are preferred and CPR may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in WA.
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

Location: Renton, WA

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
