Job summary

Windsor Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate home-based patient care. You will perform assessments (including OASIS) and craft care plans that fit each patient, while supervising LPNs and Home Health Aides during visits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
