Acts Home Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) per-diem to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents within our beautiful senior living campuses across Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. What Will You Do?

  • Serve as the case manager, coordinating and providing nursing care with clinical oversight. In addition, you will supervise the work of CNA's, HHA's, etc.
  • Deliver compassionate care to residents across all levels of care within our CCRCs.
  • Foster a community where residents thrive.







Requirements




The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience with home health is preferred
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Must have reliable transportation

Pay Range




$34.45 - $41.61 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
