Be Healthy at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mobile home health team in South Austin and surrounding areas. You will provide patient-centered care across admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges, following physician orders.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, with at least 2 years of home health experience, and a valid driver's license and CPR certification.

Home Health – Field Position South Austin & Surrounding Areas

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize OASIS for patient admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges according to physician orders.
• Effectively manage cases and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Per Visit Pay Rates:

• SOC $125 per visit
• ROC $85 per visit
• Discharge $60 per visit
• Regular Visit $50 per visit
• Training/Case Conference/Inservice pay rate $25 per hour
