Job summary

Be Healthy at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team for full-time or PRN positions. You will use OASIS for admissions, transfers, and discharges, and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to deliver high-quality patient care in a field/home health setting.

Active RN license in good standing and at least 1 year of home health nursing experience are required. A driver’s license and CPR certification are also necessary to ensure patient safety and compliance

Responsibilities
