Job summary

The candidate should hold a California RN license in good standing, preferably with a BSN, and have experience in home health. CPR certification, valid CA driver’s license, and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proficiency with nursing process to develop individualized care plans.
• Ability to establish timely relations with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Demonstrated skills in establishing peripheral IV lines and IV therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for patients at home under physician orders.
• Administer IV therapies and manage IV access.
• Coordinate care with physicians, patients, and families.
• Maintain CPR certification and ensure safety in home care settings.
