PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Orange County. The full-time position runs 8am–5pm, delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.
Responsibilities include establishing care plans, administering IV therapies where needed, and coordinating with patients, families, and the care team. California RN license and CPR are required; Home Health experience preferred.
Formación
- Current California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- Home Health experience preferred; CPR certification and CA driver license with insurance.
