PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under physician orders. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with families and the care team.

The role requires California RN licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of professional nursing experience. Home health experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is essential.

The RN staff nurse under the direction of and in accordance with the physician's orders administers skilled nursing care to patients at home.

Required Experience

• Must have a current California Registered Nurse ( BSN preferred) license renewable every two (2) years in good standing.
• Must have 1 year of experience as a professional nurse.
• Able to demonstrate clinical nursing expertise in intravenous therapies.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Current CPR card.
• Current California driver's license and valid auto insurance.
