Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Home Health RN staff nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to patients at home under physician orders. The role emphasizes IV therapy, patient and family collaboration, and adherence to nursing processes.

The candidate should hold a California RN license in good standing, preferably with a BSN, and have experience in home health. CPR certification, valid CA driver’s license, and insurance are required.

• Ability to establish timely relations with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Demonstrated skills in establishing peripheral IV lines and IV therapies.

The RN staff nurse under the direction of and in accordance with the physician's orders administers skilled nursing care to patients at home.

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Must have a current California Registered Nurse ( BSN preferred) license renewable every two (2) years in good standing.
• Must have 1 year of experience as a professional nurse.
• Able to demonstrate clinical nursing expertise in intravenous therapies.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Current CPR card.
• Current California driver's license and valid auto insurance.
