Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes in Wilmington, NC. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services such as medication administration and wound care.

You will educate patients and families, document activities in EMRs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and adherence

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Experience in wound care, medication management, and chronic disease management preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
