Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester in New Mexico is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage wounds and medications, and develop and update care plans to meet each patient’s needs.

You will document patient information accurately, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, comfort, and independence for elderly and chronically ill clients.
