Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide in-home skilled nursing care to adult patients in the Florida community. The role requires acting as a clinical lead for a caseload, performing comprehensive assessments, and developing or updating individualized care plans.

You will deliver treatments, manage medications, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and educate patients and caregivers to ensure safe transitions while reducing avoidable

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary services effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the community.
