Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Weekend On-Call Visiting Nurse to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Connecticut.

You'll conduct comprehensive assessments during visits, manage medications, coordinate with physicians, document in the EMR, and educate patients and families. This role requires strong clinical skills, wound and IV care, and teamwork within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Connecticut.
• Experience providing home health care and skilled nursing services.
• Ability to triage and respond to urgent patient needs.
• Strong documentation and coordination with care team.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
