CenterWell Home Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our caring team. You will provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, helping patients regain independence and return to their daily activities.
You will collaborate with physicians and clinicians to create and adjust care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate families on disease management and treatment options.

$49.00 - $69.00 pay per visit/unit
$77,200 - $106,200 per year base pay

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event / $10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.
