We are seeking a full-time, remote Home Health Referral Care Coordinator. This position is re sponsible for performing a variety of duties including answering phone calls, document management, intake referrals, completion of letters of authorization, price negotiations, and staffing home health and IV therapy referrals as well as serve as point of contact between Providers and Injured Workers.
H ours: Monday – Friday, 12p-8:30p ET.
