Optum's HomeCall Baltimore, part of a nationwide post-acute care family, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to perform treatment, provide exercise instruction and patient education under the supervising PT’s plan of care. You will work in patients’ homes, coordinate with the care team, educate families, and help improve mobility and daily function.

Requires active PTA license, CPR, valid driver’s license, and weekend availability.

Qualificações

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in home-care settings

Responsabilidades

• Follow the supervising PT's plan of care and perform treatment as qualified
• Instruct and assist patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, and mobility training
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
