Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to work under the supervision of Physical Therapists and deliver compassionate, in-home rehabilitation.

You will help patients regain mobility, independence, and daily living skills, using prescribed modalities, while adhering to safety and quality standards; this role supports career growth in a nationwide home-health network.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists by delivering patient-focused rehabilitation in home settings.
• Assist patients to improve mobility and daily living activities through physical modalities.
