Job summary

PruittHealth Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home physical therapy under supervision of a PT. You will work with patients in their residences, contributing to personalized care plans and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have PTA graduation, an active license, and at least 2 years of therapy experience, plus a valid driver’s license to visit patient homes. We offer top pay and flexible scheduling to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a PTA entry level education in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Assist with plan of care development and implementation within defined goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage patient care plans.
• Complete timely documentation at the point of care.
