PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Bandera, TX to support patients throughout recovery. You will help restore mobility, independence, and overall quality of life in the home setting under a licensed PT’s supervision.

Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, educating patients, documenting services, and collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement functional interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications through therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote overall health by improving strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Accurately document all services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervising therapist or clinical manager.
