Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Springtown, TX to support patients throughout recovery. You will deliver personalized care in patients' homes, aiming to restore mobility and independence while coordinating with a supervising Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing plans of care, documenting progress, and educating patients to participate actively in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Home health or rehab experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
• Proven PTA experience and compassionate patient engagement
• Strong communication and adapting care to patient needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health PTA services under licensed PT supervision
• Help patients reach mobility and independence goals
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs
• Educate and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation
• Record progress and communicate with care team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians as needed
• Perform additional duties per supervisor instructions
