Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients in their homes as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Perform non-complex manual therapies and modalities as prescribed
• Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services
• Notify Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment or staff changes
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care
