Job summary

PARS Therapy in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health PTA to support patients in their recovery journey. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based care to improve mobility, independence, and overall well-being in the home setting under a supervising Physical Therapist.

Emphasis on collaborative care and patient education. Requirements include an active TX PTA license, current CPR certification, liability insurance, and prior home health or rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas required or pending licensure eligible.
• Current CPR certification required for patient safety.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility and functional interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans and track patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to promote rehabilitation and safety.
• Document services accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
