Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients in their homes as developed by the Physical Therapist
• Administer non-complex manual exercises, therapeutic massage and modalities
• Document client records and submit clinical documentation on time
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services
• Notify supervisor of equipment/supply issues and client changes
