PARS Therapy in Mesquite, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey in the home setting. You will help restore mobility and independence while collaborating with a licensed PT and care team.

Responsibilities include delivering PT services, developing care plans, educating patients, and documenting progress. A Texas PTA license and CPR certification are required, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Home health or rehabilitation setting experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques and therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
